In plusGPS we respect your privacy rights. Below you will find information about collecting, processing and using data about Users visiting our website.

Users don’t leave any personal data as long as they decide to do it.

  • Getting the access to the demo version of our system requires leaving an e-mail address.
  • Sending an electronic message Users need to fill the form and give their first name, last name and e-mail address.
  • Information from the form are used to contact the User and to adjust the presented content to their needs and interests.
  • Collected data are kept and processed with the appropriate security measures which meet the requirements of Polish law.
  • Users can access, correct and delete their Personal Information.

Cookies policy

The service does not collect automatically any information, with the exclusion of Cookies constitute IT data. Cookies are computer data, especially text files stored in the User’s terminal equipment, designed to allow using Service’s websites. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they come from, the time of storing them on a terminal device and a unique number.

Cookies aim is to:

  • Adjust the web content to User’s preferences and optimize the use of the websites, in particular, the files allow to identify the User’s device and properly display the web page, tailored to their individual needs;
  • Create statistics that help to understand how the Users benefit from web pages, what enables to improve the structure and its content;
  • Maintain the User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which User doesn’t need to retype their login and password on each web page;
  • Service uses two types of Cookies: “session” (session cookies) and “persistent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files stored in User’s terminal equipmnet till the log out time, leaving the website or disabling the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored in the User’s data terminal equipment for the time specified in parameters of cookies or until their removal by the User.

Service uses following types of Cookies files:

  • “Necessary” cookies which enable to use services available within the Service, like authentication cookies used for services that require authentication through the website;
  • Cookies used to ensure safety, ex. the ones used to detect fraud in the field of authentication through the Service;
  • “Performance” cookies, which allow to collect information on the use of Service’s web pages;
  • “Functional” cookies which enable to “remember” the User’s settings and to personalize User’s interface, ex. in the terms of chosen language, User’s region, font size, website’s appearance etc.

In many cases the software that enables to browse the web (web browser) allows by default to store Cookie in the User’s terminal device. Users can change Cookies settings anytime. The settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic cookies handling in your web browser or to inform about every single time they enter User’s device. Service Operator announces that all the limitations in the terms of using Cookies may affect some Service features.

Cookies posted in the User’s data terminal device may be used also by the advertisers and partners cooperating with Service Operator.
